DIY wine bottle decor

My friend Anne in Hawaii posted some beautiful blue jean flowers made with the spiral flower die...... So I thought I should make some too... But then what to do with them. Well i added some blue jean ribbon from the tuesday specials last week snd a bottle of wine...... Viola instant beautiful gifty!
