Holiday Mini Blog Tour 2010 - Day four

Here are a couple of really cute Halloween cards. The originals
were recieved in a swap this summer. These are BOTH stairstep
cards. The first showcases the al la carte stamp Midnight Raven (#116529)
and of course includes Graveyard Gala, the new spider web embossing
folder (#120889) and a couple of wheels. I love Halloween. It is my
favorite holiday.

Holiday Mini Blog Tour 2010 - Day three

This was a FUN project. Started out with the NEW Candy
Wrapper Die (#120890) that goes with the Big Shot. Used a 1/2 of a sheet
of 12 x 12 Razzleberry CS. Then after all of the folding and sticky
strip was done, added a piece of Wicked Fun Specialty Paper (#117400)
Used our SUPER cool new Bat Punch (#119279), dimensionals (#104430),
the modern label punch (#119849) and Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp set
(#115370). By the way....Teeny Tiny Wishes is probably the MOST
used stamp set in my collection at this time. It is so versatile.

Holiday Mini Blog Tour 2010 - Day two

Today's project are some ordinary household washers from Aco
magically transformed into AWESOME holiday jewelry. Add a
little satin cording. Viola. Great way for us to use up that wonder-
designer paper we have hoarded. I used the 1 3/4 punch for the
outside demension with a 1/4 circle punch in the center. Sanded
down all of the edged with our awesome new destressor kit (item
#118762 $19.95) I used Wicked Fun Specialty paper (#117400) and
Candy Cane Christmas DSP (#120809). Then I topped the entire
project with Crystal Effects (#101055) and let dry. Then added
the silk cording. Just for fun....the christmas one I added some
red glitter from our Fine Galaxy Glitter Stack (#114286)

Technique class for September

Here are the four Awesome techniques we are using this month for technique class. We did "OLDIES but GOODIES" by request. The above halloween card is done with the Shaving cream technique. Below "lovely as a tree" was done with polished stone minus the metalic ink.

This card was inspired by Lee Conrey, one of my friends from Floria. She is an awesome stamper by the way. I added the snowflake medallion made with Heat and STick powder and glitter to this card. It was pretty perfect with out it but.....what is a little glitter between friends.
This is a card done with the "Glitter Window" technique. You just use the left over image from cutting out the awesome SU snowflake on the Big Shot, packing tape and glitter. Viola!!
Hope you enjoy the cards. Would love to see all of you at technique class next week on Tuesday, so get your RSVP's to me this week so that you too can learn these awesome techniques!
